The EVENup ® Orthotic Shoe Lift is the answer to hip and knee pain caused by temporary leg length discrepancies. Designed to level out your walking patterns when wearing a medical cast boot or wound care shoe.
ADAPTABLE –The shoe lift offers you two height options: 1/2″ or 1″ for smoothing out your walking patterns.
EASY TO APPLY –Simply attach the EVENup ® Shoe Lift to the bottom of your sneaker, immediately improving your balance, gait and reducing body strain.

All USA orders qualify for FREE shipping, and ship the same day if placed by 12pm EST (Monday - Friday). Most orders arrive within 2 days. See specific delivery times on product pages next to the 'Add to Cart' button.
No Hassle Return Policy
Returns are accepted up to 60 days after the date of purchase.
Products must be in new condition. It is okay to try products on of course, but we ask that you refrain from wearing them out and about until you are certain you want to keep them.
If you choose make a return, contact us at support@dmeforless.com and we will email you a return shipping label. Shipping fees for your return will be deducted from your refund. However, we get discounted rates pass that savings on to you.
Refunds will be issued back to your original method of purchase, no later than 10 days after receving your return.
